What types of EV chargers does Chevgreen offer?
We offer high-quality 7kW and 22kW smart EV chargers designed for both residential and commercial use. Our chargers are durable, efficient, and compatible with most electric vehicles.
What’s the difference between a 7kW and a 22kW charger?
The main difference is the charging speed.
7kW chargers are perfect for homes and can fully charge most EVs overnight.
22kW chargers are ideal for businesses, estates, or public areas where faster charging is needed and 3-phase power is available.
Are Chevgreen chargers compatible with all electric vehicles?
Yes! Our chargers use the Type 2 connector, which is the European standard and works with all modern EVs and plug-in hybrids.
Do I need a professional to install my Chevgreen charger?
Yes. We recommend installation by a certified electrician to ensure safety and compliance. This is also important so that our warranty is not void.
Can Chevgreen help with installation?

How long does installation take?
A typical home installation takes about 4–6 hours, depending on your property’s wiring. Larger commercial installations may take longer. We recommend that a certified installer is used so that the warranty is not voided.
How do I start charging my EV?
Simply plug the charger into your vehicle and authorize charging through an app or the RF cards provided.
Can I control the charger remotely?
Absolutely! The mobile app lets you start/stop charging, schedule sessions during off-peak hours, monitor energy usage, and receive notifications. RF access (through the provided card), Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity are built into every charger.
Can I use the charger outdoors?
Yes! Chevgreen chargers are weatherproof and IP65-rated, making them safe for both indoor and outdoor installation.
Can multiple chargers be installed together?
Yes. Our system supports load balancing, so you can safely install multiple chargers without overloading your electrical supply — perfect for estates, offices, or fleet charging.
What warranty comes with Chevgreen chargers?
All our chargers come with a 12-month standard warranty, covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty options are available on request.
What if my charger stops working?
